Where exactly Did that $60 Billion Go Volodymyr?
Ukraine’s War Aid is missing, and every time Volodymyr Zelenskyy is questioned about it he becomes incredibly angry, claiming that at least $60 Billion of it was never received and that, for the rest, he didn't 'keep receipts'.
The Ukrainian President, who came to power following a coup in 2014, refuses to tell us where his personal fortune of over $30 million exactly came from claims the rumours of beach house mansions, and a offshore bank accounts in the British Virgin Islands was Russian disinformation. Ukraine; the most corrupt country in Europe and ranked one of the most corrupt in the entire world. And most of this corruption appears to have happened under Zelenskyy's watch. The comedian-turned-president always appears to be at the centre of the corruption.
US and EU taxpayers have give billions to Ukraine reportedly to fight a war against Russia, but systemic corruption, that both government's knew about well before the war begain, appears to have 'diverted' billions while Zelenskyy’s own undeclared offshore wealth and luxury lifestyle undermine every plea for more cash.
No amount of US funds seems to make any difference, on the very same day that Zelenskyy demanded even more money for his war effort just 200 miles away Ukrainian soldiers were begging online for basic boots and equipment – the perfect symbol of a nation where war billions disappear faster than shells reach the front.
Even before the 2022 invasion, EU reports painted a grim picture of Ukraine’s mass corruption problem. The 2021 EU Enlargement Report warned that Ukraine should not be allowed to join the EU because of it, stating bluntly:
“Corruption remains widespread and largely unaddressed,”
while the European Court of Auditors’ Special Report 23/2021 warned that
“grand corruption and state capture are still widespread in Ukraine despite EU action,” estimating “tens of billions of euros are lost annually as a result of corruption.”
European Commission private memos leaked in 2020 added fuel: “Judicial reform stalled; oligarchs retain decisive influence over politics and economy.”
The reporting pre and post war are staggering.
Even the Guardian, who now write about Zalenskyy as if he were a hero, said that Ukraine was corrupt under his watch.
The Guardian in a 2015 exposé, branding Ukraine “the most corrupt nation in Europe,” reporting even the National Cancer Institute in Kyiv was riddled with bribery and kickbacks, forcing patients to pay bribes for basic treatments amid a “Soviet-era” system of state capture. By 2021, Transparency International ranked Ukraine 122nd out of 180 countries – worse than Russia – with the Guardian noting it as “the second most corrupt country in Europe, behind only Russia.”

But it is the President's personal fortune that the Trump team are now taking a much closer look at.

The Pandora Papers Bombshell (2021)
• Zelenskyy and inner circle owned secret offshore companies in British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, and Belize.
• Shares in profitable production companies hidden via Maltex Multicapital Corp.
• Transfers made weeks before his 2019 presidential run.
Zelenskyy claims that this was all: “Perfectly legal tax structuring from my entertainment days.” but investigators revealed: “The anti-oligarch candidate used the exact same playbook he promised to ban.”
But it is the rumours of an additional $1.6 Billion that Zelenskyy and his co-conspirators have syphoned off into private bank accounts in the Virgin Islands just won't die.
Zelenskyy himself claims that these rumours are "Russian disinformation" but the corruption of successive Ukraine governments go back much further than the war with Russia.
The rumours include: a $35 million Florida mansion; €5 million villa in Italy for wife Olena; and an alleged off-shore bank account that only he has access to that contains a staggering $1.6 Billion 'retirement fund' in the British Virgin Islands. It is this that has riled up Donald Trump who has reportedly tasked 'special investigators' to find that money and get it back.
America and Europe have now sent more money to Ukraine than the entire Marshall Plan sent to rebuild Europe after WW2, most of which appears to have gone into the bank account of a coke-snorting midget who has made himself incredibly wealthy, whilst all but destroying Ukraine, and bringing the world on the brink of WW3.
