Stocks fell over 800 points in the first minutes of trading. Yesterday the Dow finished the worst quarter in it its 135-year history. It worsened at the start of trading this morning as investors reacted to yesterday's White House briefing, in which Pres. Trump warned that even in a best case scenario, COVID-19 is likely to kill 2-3 times as many Americans as the Vietnam War.
