The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty is a Major Threat to National Sovereignty

The Treaty could even include criminal law. Feasibly, the WHO could make future vaccines compulsory with instructions to arrest and detain those who refuse to comply.

In December 2021, at its second-ever special session, the World Health Assembly established an intergovernmental negotiating body (INB) to draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization, in order to strengthen Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response.

This initiative was triggered by a joint article, published on 30 March, 2021, of which the then Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, and the Director-General of the WHO, Dr. Tedros Adhanom were both co-signers of the document.

The World Health Organisation already has a huge amount of power, as was witnessed in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. The organisation effectively shut-down 2/3rds of the world's economies on very little evidence other than a faulty lab-test and the findings of the Chinese CDC.

Now the WHO want to go further, and be given the power to directly control the response of Britain to the next health crisis (something that they will decide in the first place).

The World Health Organisation declared their intention to create a binding pandemic treaty back in 2021 said to be in response to rogue nations that had refused to adhere to their Covid-19 diktats. The treaty is sold under the premise that a global pandemic needs a global response. But whilst that is the 'sell' a closer look at the document reveals it is much more than that. It is a power-grab the likes of which we only previously saw at the end of the second world war.

The proposed treaty undermines Britain's sovereignty and democracy. The WHO is an unelected body, has no democratic mandate yet is maneuvering itself into a position over and above Britain's own parliament. The overreach of the WHO is staggering. Embude with all the false importance gained from the pandemic, and emboldened by how Governments gave in to their demands so readily, the World Health Organisation now intends to grab even more power with this treaty.

The World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response Treaty will force sovereign countries to do whatever the WHO dictates. They merely have to declare another pandemic to initiate the treaty. Once they have declared a pandemic then they can dictate lockdowns, vaccine mandates, vaccine passports, and any number of other responses they decide and governments like the UK, would be bound by the treaty to implement them.

Under the justification of the coronavirus pandemic, the WHO is now seeking to expand its bureaucratic power to sectors completely outside of healthcare. Decisions that would previously have been under the jurisdiction of Parliament and local authorities are to be replaced by a set of legally binding supranational rules with applications across every sector and industry in the UK. This would even include criminal law. Feasibly, the WHO could make future vaccines compulsory with instructions to arrest and detain those who refuse to comply.

The treaty will fundamentally change the UK Parliament’s relationship with the WHO and consequently, the relationship of UK citizens with their Parliament. Not only are the WHO attempting to force governments to comply with their health dictats but also seeking to expand its function to include the regulation of scientific debate. Mechanisms within the treaty will enable the WHO to suppress views that counter those of its own ‘experts’. In effect, the WHO will become a supranational censor, deciding what may and what may not be published globally and what can or cannot be taken into consideration when proposing policy and practice.

The WHO is far from an impartial body. Pharmaceutical companies have dedicated lobby groups targeting WHO officials, many of their 'experts' have a fundamental conflict of interest, advising the WHO as well as being in the pay of said pharmaceutical companies. The Chinese communist party has undue influence on the WHO and, if the treaty is ratified, would represent a clear threat to the United Kingdom's security.

We now face the prospect of the WHO being able to police debate and influence policies in areas far removed from conventional definitions of health or health-related sectors. The WHO have declared 'climate change' a health emergency and in doing so would likely implement policies to tackle it in the form of climate lockdowns, personal carbon credit allowance, and food and energy rationing, all of which have been talked about by WHO 'experts' in recent years.

The WHO have repeatedly claimed that the treaty would not override nation sovereignty, however, that is the position we have now, nullifying their argument. The UK government have not shown any resistance to the treaty in any form, and are likely to sign it without challenge.
