It's a HOAX FOR F*CK SAKE! Why You Should Really Stop Believing in the 'Protocols of the Elders of Zion'

ree

The chances are you've never even heard of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, and, even if you have you'll have never read it. Yet, despite this you will be familiar with its message: that a secret Cabal of Jews control the world. But it was a fake, written by the Russian Secret Police.

The Protocols of the Elders of Zion was a hoax. It isn’t “secret knowledge.” It’s not “hidden truth the elites don’t want you to know.”  It's a massive, ridiculous, fake, so obvious it might as well have come with a warning label saying “For morons only.”

If you'd ever read 'Protocols' you'd see at an instant that it's one of the most transparently fake documents ever produced by the human race. And yet, here we are, in the 21st century, still having to explain to a certain breed of slack-jawed internet simpletons that it’s a hoax.

It's not just a little 'off-base'. Not just “problematic.” It's a complete fabrication. And if you believe in it, you’re not "enlightened". You’re not “awake.”, you're an idiot. You’re a credulous halfwit choking on the exhaust fumes of your own gullibility.

The “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” was claimed to be written by a Jewish 'whistleblower' who was supposedly at the meetings where fellow Jewish 'elders' hatched their plan to take over the world. In reality, they were authored by the Russian secret police in or around 1897 as a pure form of propaganda. The Russian secret police (the Okhrana), desperate to prop up the failing Tsarist regime, decided to cook up a document that would “prove” Jews were secretly plotting to take over the world. They hired a propagandist named Mathieu Golovinski

The “secret meeting” of Jewish elders simply never happened. It was an entire work of fiction. The book was first published in 1905 by Pavel Krushevan, a fanatical Russian antisemite who used it to justify pogroms — state-sanctioned mob violence against Jewish communities. That’s what Protocols was always meant to do: incite hatred, justify murder, and distract from the actual people in power. Krushevan stitched together The Protocols using giant chunks of stolen text from a French political satire written in 1864 by Maurice Joly.

That’s right — The Protocols is literally plagiarism of a book that had nothing to do with Jews, twisted into a sinister fantasy. Entire paragraphs were copied word for word. The rest was filled in with generic antisemitic tropes pulled from the fever dreams of Europe’s worst bigots. It wasn’t journalism. It wasn’t leaked. It was forged. Deliberately. Sloppily. And anyone who thinks it’s real might as well believe the Lord of the Rings is a documentary.

First published in 1905 by a Russian ultranationalist rag run by Pavel Krushevan — a guy who basically invented the hate-monger influencer business — The Protocols became the bedtime story of the stupid and the hateful. It justified pogroms, gave cowards an excuse to attack Jewish neighbors, and provided a handy scapegoat for every failure of the corrupt Tsarist regime. “The economy collapsed? Must be the Jews. Bread riots? Must be the Jews. Stubbed your toe? Yep — definitely the Jews.”

Despite it being an obvious fake, the Russian white army Generals fervently believed the hoax and began to slaughter Jews in their tens of thousands as a result. While Protocols tried to paint Jews as masterminds behind revolution, it actually helped destabilise the Russian Empire by weaponising paranoia. As Russia stumbled into collapse, antisemitic hysteria — fuelled by Protocols — made Jews a scapegoat for everything from food shortages to political unrest. Between 1918 and 1921, over 100,000 Jews were massacred in pogroms during the Russian Civil War, largely by anti-Bolshevik forces who believed the lie.

It didn't matter that the so-called "Jewish conspiracy" was a work of fiction. When mobs need blood, facts are irrelevant. The Protocols gave them an excuse, the perfect excuse.

Especially during the period straddling World War I, the “Protocols” began to spread far and wide, and in 1920 were even notoriously published by the American industrialist Henry Ford who had been fully taken in by the lie. The Protocols were even front-page news in The Times of London. However, several months after they first appeared in The Times, that newspaper declared them to be a forgery.

In two court cases in the middle of the 1930s, the “Protocols” were also declared to be a forgery. Nevertheless, around the world, millions believed every word, and the idea that “the Jews” are out to take over the world became engrained in public psyche.

The Nazi Party took that excuse and turned it into a policy of extermination. Adolf Hitler adored the Protocols, citing it as evidence in Mein Kampf and referencing it in countless speeches. Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi propaganda minister, helped distribute millions of copies. The text was taught in German schools. It was a key element of the ideological foundation that justified the Holocaust.

Six million Jews were murdered — not because of who they were, but because of what others believed them to be, based on a crude forgery peddled by a failed empire and embraced by bitter losers who needed someone to blame.

After the facts of the hoax were brought to light, you would think that a screed like the “Protocols” would have been debunked forever. Yet, it was not. Then the extreme right continued to espouse the “Protocols,”. In recent times they have been joined by the far-left who are every bit as antisemitic as the far-right ever were. In the Muslim and Arab world they are often used as a substitute for the true cause of their hatred of Jews: Religion. A Major television series aired in recent years in Egypt (“Horseman without a Horse”) and Syria, Lebanon and Iran (“Al-Shatat” — The Diaspora) were firmly rooted in the “Protocols.”

Now fast forward to the present, where the village idiots of yesteryear have been given smartphones and Wi-Fi. The Protocols is alive and well in the sewers of Telegram channels and YouTube “documentaries” narrated by sweaty gargoyles who think “research” means reading memes on 4chan. These modern-day morons believe Jews still control the world, have secretly been behind every major event in history including 9/11, and sinking theTitanic.

Final Word to the Believers"

Let’s be perfectly clear: if you still believe in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, you are a fool. Not a “free thinker.” Not “based.” Not “just asking questions.” A fool, a dupe, and a walking, talking cautionary tale for what happens when ignorance marries hate and breeds online.

The book is fake. It’s been proven fake over and over. Anyone still clinging to it might as well believe Harry Potter is a historical document and Voldemort is a real person.

This lie has spilled oceans of blood. If you keep spreading it, you’re not just wrong — you’re complicit. Grow up. Read a real book. And for the love of truth and decency, stop embarrassing yourself.
