We see you dickhead: SAGE Scientist “Frightened” by Sajid Javid’s More Lax Approach to Covid.
Professor Stephen Reicher, who is a professor of Psychology and therefore knows no more about viruses than the average man in the street is the latest so called 'expert' from SAGE who has been spreading fear about the new Health Secretary's competency in dealing with the supposed pandemic.
Riecher says the new Health Secretary’s view that people should learn to live with Covid “as we already do with flu” is “frightening" Going on to criticised Sajid Javid for wanting “to ditch all protections while only half of us are [fully] vaccinated”. “The key message of the pandemic,” he wrote on Twitter, “is this isn’t an ‘I’ thing, it’s a ‘we’ thing. Your behaviour affects my health.” If only the same logic was applied to lockdowns!
This is classic psychological cuntwaffle, but then Reicher is a member of SPI-B, the SAGE subgroup who have used 'dystopian fear tactics' during the pandemic: They have repeatedly fostered the falsehood that those not wearing a mask, or taking the vaccine are a direct threat to the life of anyone they come into contact with. This is a lie, because Asymptomatic cases are a myth, made up in 2020 to fit the narrative, as Dr Mike Yeadon expertly revealed. But Riecher doesn't let FACTS get in the way of a good dystopian fear campaign, tweeting.
Riecher goes on to use the, also debunked, argument that covid restrictions are somehow comparable to speed limits. Does he believe this bullshit he's shovelling?
If you're in any doubt about the credibility of any of the scientific claims of Professor Stephen Reicher, one of his colleagues on SPI-B said they had been “stunned by the weaponisation of behavioural psychology” over the past year, and warned that “psychologists didn’t seem to notice when it stopped being altruistic and became manipulative.” adding “They have too much power and it intoxicates them”.
This is just more of the same.
